Kat is an accredited yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance 200RYT) and a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher in pre & postnatal (Yoga Alliance 85RYT). In addition to this, Kat is also a trained Mindfulness teacher completing her teacher training at the UK College of Mindful Meditation in Birmingham.

Kat qualified as a teacher after a number of years practising as a student as it became an escapism and had a positive impact on her physical and mental wellbeing. After seeing first-hand the benefits that yoga and mindfulness had on her own life, Kat decided she wanted to share that passion with others who may benefit in turn.
