My post graduate qualifications are as a personal trainer and include over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. During this time I have helped people achieve a wide variety of goals ranging from losing weight and increasing muscle mass to helping professional boxers hit optimum performance levels.

My training will help you achieve your personal goals and ensure that you are quicker, stronger and attain a whole new level of fitness and athleticism. The fundamental components of this will be to target the development of your energy systems, strength, power, speed, balance and core all linked with nutritional advice.

With training goals their are no quick fixes. The more you put in the more you’ll get out but I’ll make sure that our sessions are dynamic, progressive and innovative so we’ll have some fun getting to where you want to be!
