Anjalee has over 10 years experience coaching in the Fitness Industry, starting out as a competitive gymnast she began coaching gymnastics and then progressed into Personal Training and Weight Management.
Anjalee specialises in fat loss, muscle gain, nutrition, lifestyle behavioural change as well as strength and conditioning.
She is currently studying to become a Chartered Health Psychologist so will be able to assist you addressing various elements within your lifestyle that will help you achieve life long results.
